A strict 12 hour cancellation policy applies in order to cancel or reschedule your session without charge. Any class credits can then be transferred to another class to use during the same block period as a make up class. Unfortunately class credits cannot be carried over into the next block.
If however there is a planned absence, such as holidays that have being highlighted before commencing a block of classes, a refund will be available strictly for those classes only. This however this does not apply to classes cancelled during the block. Those classes can only be made up during the same block period.
Late cancellations after 12 hours will be charged in full due to the demand for regular times and limited studio space and equipment. Unfortunately no exceptions can be made.
